The Regulations define the rules for the functioning and use of the website sklep.sttr.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Service".

Detailed rules for the processing of personal data and the protection of Users' privacy are set out in the Privacy Policy, available in the "Privacy Policy" tab on the Online Service website.
In specific cases, in particular for the purpose of conducting a promotion, the Online Service may introduce offer or sale conditions different from the conditions indicated in the Regulations, of which the User will be informed in advance.
The information on the Online Service does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. Placing an order by the Customer constitutes an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 §1 of the Civil Code. The contract is concluded upon sending by STTR to the Customer's e-mail address a declaration of acceptance of the offer, which is tantamount to confirming the acceptance of the order for processing.
A condition for placing an Order in the Online Service by the Customer is to read the Regulations and accept its provisions when placing the Order.
Whenever the following terms are used in the remainder of these Regulations, they should be understood in the meaning given below, unless the context of their use clearly indicates otherwise:
Price - the amount due to STTR, specified in Polish zlotys and including tax, for the transfer of ownership of the product to the Customer in accordance with the Sales Agreement. The price does not include delivery costs, unless the terms of the promotion applied by the Online Service provide otherwise;
Customer - (1) a natural person; or acting through an authorized person (2) a legal person; or (3) an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity; having full legal capacity. In the event that the Customer is a natural person with limited legal capacity, he/she undertakes to obtain the legally effective consent of his/her legal representative to conclude the Sales Agreement and to present such consent at any request of STTR, with the proviso that, as a rule, contracts concluded within the Online Service are contracts commonly concluded in minor, everyday matters of life;
Civil Code - the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended);
Consumer - a natural person performing a legal transaction with STTR that is not directly related to his/her business or professional activity;
Product - a movable item or electronic form available in the Online Service, being the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and STTR for payment of the price;
Promotion - special conditions for the sale or provision of services, regulated on the terms expressed within the Online Service, proposed by STTR for a specified period, which the Customer may use on the terms specified therein;
Online Service - a platform enabling the Customer to place orders, run by STTR, constituting a set of interconnected websites, available at the following internet address: sklep.sttr.pl;
Sales Agreement - a sales agreement within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, regarding the sale by STTR to the Customer of the products indicated in the order for the payment of the price increased by any additional fees, including shipping costs, concluded via the Online Service;
User - a person using the Online Service who has not concluded a Sales Agreement with STTR;
Order - the Customer's declaration of will expressing the direct will to conclude a distance Sales Agreement via the Online Service, submitted using means of distance communication, specifying the products for which the Customer makes an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement and the Customer's data necessary for the possible conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement. Acceptance of the order by STTR means the conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
II. Using the service
The following electronic services are available in the Online Service:
Placing orders on the terms specified in these regulations;
Using the shopping cart service;
Browsing the content posted on the Service - the service is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature and terminates when the data is sent through it or when the User withdraws from sending the data through it earlier;
The use of the shopping cart begins when the Customer adds a product to the cart. The shopping cart is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature and ends when an order is placed through it or when the Customer ceases to place an order through it earlier, in accordance with his will. Placing products in the cart does not guarantee their availability.
The Customer is obliged, in particular, to:
provide only true, current and all necessary Customer data in the forms made available on the Online Service;
immediately update the data, including personal data, provided by the Customer in connection with the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, in particular to the extent necessary for its proper performance;
use the services and functionalities provided by STTR in a way that does not interfere with the functioning of the Online Service;
use the services and functionalities provided by STTR in a manner consistent with the provisions of applicable law, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the customs and principles of social coexistence accepted in a given scope;
use the services and functionalities made available by STTR in a way that is not burdensome for other Customers and for STTR;
not to provide or transfer within the Online Service any content prohibited by the provisions of applicable law, in particular content that violates the property copyrights of third parties or their personal rights;
continuously monitor any changes to the Regulations and become familiar with them;
refrain from activities such as:
sending or posting unsolicited commercial information on the Online Service or posting any content that violates the law (prohibition of posting illegal content);
impersonating other people;
violating the secrecy of correspondence;
undertaking IT activities or any other activities aimed at obtaining information not intended for the Customer, including data of other Customers, or interfering with the principles or technical aspects of the functioning of the Online Service and the implementation of payments;
unauthorized modification of the content provided by STTR, in particular the Prices or product descriptions provided on the Online Service;
timely payment of the price and other costs agreed by the Customer and STTR in full;
timely collection of products ordered using the delivery method.
It is forbidden to use the Online Service for purposes other than those intended by the Online Service.
If the Online Service receives an official notification or obtains credible information about the unlawful nature of the stored data provided by the User or the related activity, it has the right to prevent access to this data.
The User has, in particular, the right to:
resign from using the Service;
request the deletion of their data upon ceasing to use the Online Service.
The materials posted on the Online Service, in particular: documents, trademarks, texts, photos, visualizations and graphics may be protected within the meaning of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 24, item 83; i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 880, as amended) or the Act of June 30, 2000, Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 49, item 508; i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 776, as amended).
The User is entitled to use the resources of the Online Service solely for his own personal use, not directly related to his business or professional activity. This means, in particular, that with regard to the data and any other materials contained in the resources of the Online Service, both those that are protected under copyright law and those that are not so protected, it is not permissible to use these materials for the purpose of conducting any business activity by the User.
The User's use for the purpose of conducting any business or professional activity of the materials posted on the Online Service protected by copyright (as well as the applied solutions, including technical solutions), including their copying, sending, public sharing and any other use, is permitted only with the consent of STTR expressed in a written agreement under pain of nullity.
The User's use of the Online Service does not result in the User acquiring any intellectual property rights to the Online Service and the content presented on the Online Service's website in any scope.
Actions that may hinder or destabilize the operation of the Online Service are not permitted.
III. Rights and obligations of the service
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STTR is not liable for:
the manner in which Users use the Online Service, or for any other actions of Users;
interruptions in the operation of the Online Service caused by force majeure;
any damage to the User resulting from improper use of the Online Service;
unlawful actions of third parties consisting in interfering with the User's computer system, in particular hacking and computer viruses.
STTR will make every effort to ensure that the information contained in the Online Service is as reliable and trustworthy as possible.
STTR undertakes to enforce the provisions of these Regulations in relation to all Users of the Online Service.
STTR reserves the right to:
temporarily or completely cease the operation of the Online Service, in particular due to interruptions caused by a failure, force majeure or in order to carry out technical works;
periodically disable the Online Service's services in emergency situations and for the purpose of carrying out technical works.
STTR will each time inform Users about the suspension or limitation of the provision of services by posting an appropriate message on the Service.
Temporary suspension or limitation of the provision of services does not affect the rights of Users and Customers arising from the provisions of applicable law, in particular the right to terminate the Sales Agreement.
IV. Purchase conditions
Orders for products can only be placed via the website available on the domain.
Filling out the order form is a necessary condition for placing an Order in the Online Service. It is necessary to provide your name and surname, contact details and e-mail address to which the confirmation of acceptance and execution of the order will be sent, as well as to accept the provisions of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
A User who has correctly filled out the Order form and placed an Order is a Customer within the meaning of these Regulations. The Regulations specify which of its provisions are addressed exclusively to Customers who are consumers.
The acceptance of each order placed by the STTR company is confirmed by e-mail by the staff of the Online Service.
STTR reserves the right not to accept for processing incorrectly or partially filled out order forms, the defects of which prevent the execution of the order for the Customer.
The prices posted next to the offered product are given in Polish zloty and include taxes.
In order to receive an invoice with the delivered product, the Customer is obliged to provide all data necessary to issue an invoice. Providing by the Customer in the order form the data necessary to issue an invoice will be considered as the Customer's consent to issue an invoice without the recipient's signature.
The consent given by the Consumer to the delivery of digital content does not cause the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The total value of the Order includes the price and any other costs of optional paid services selected by the Customer.
V. Sale of products by Partners
STTR Sp. z o.o. makes its sales platform (sklep.sttr.pl) available to other business entities, hereinafter referred to as "Partners", in order to enable them to sell their own products or services.

Products offered by Partners are sold on terms determined directly by the Partner, who is responsible for order fulfillment, invoicing, customer service and handling complaints.
The sales contract is concluded directly between the Customer and the Partner. STTR is not a party to this contract and is not responsible for its implementation, product quality, availability or after-sales service.
Payments for Partners' products are directed directly to the Partner's bank account - also via payment operators indicated by the Partner.
By placing an order for products offered by Partners, the User confirms that he/she has read the above rules and accepts that STTR is not a party to the sales contract.
If you have any questions about products or orders, the Customer may contact the Partner directly or the Seller's customer service department.
VI. Payment for the order
Payment for the order is made in accordance with the payment method selected by the Customer available on the Seller's website.
In the case of products offered by Partners, payment may be made via separate payment operators indicated by the Partner, and the funds go directly to the Partner.

Details regarding payments and any payment operators used by the Partners are available on the Partners' websites or at the Seller's contact address.
VII. Order delivery
Ordered products in electronic form are made available in the user's account on the website.
Delivery takes place immediately after the payment is credited, no later than within 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation, unless the product description states otherwise.
The customer is obliged to provide a correct e-mail address when placing the order. The seller is not responsible for failure to deliver materials resulting from an incorrectly provided address.
Recordings of online training are protected by copyright. The customer acquires the right to personal use of the materials, without the right to further share, copy or distribute them without the written consent of the Seller.
In case of problems with access to the ordered materials, the Customer should contact the Seller by e-mail at sklep@sttr.pl.
VIII. Returns
In accordance with Art. 38 point 13 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the Consumer in the case of the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service has begun with the express consent of the Consumer before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the Seller has informed him of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
By purchasing a recording of an online training, the Customer agrees to the commencement of the contract before the expiry of 14 days from its conclusion and confirms that he thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
In special cases, the Seller may - at its own discretion - consider an individual request for a refund if the Customer justifies the request with important reasons. Such a request should be submitted electronically to the Seller's e-mail address.
Any complaints regarding access to recordings or their quality are considered in accordance with the provisions of § [Complaints] of these Regulations.
IX. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased recordings of online training, in particular in the case of:
problems with access to materials,
non-compliance of the training content with the offer description,
technical defects preventing the recording from being played.
A complaint should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address, providing:
name and surname or company name,
e-mail address used for the purchase,
order number,
a description of the problem and any attachments confirming the notification (e.g. screenshots).
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. The Customer will be informed about the result of the complaint consideration by e-mail.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will provide the Customer with re-access to the materials, replace the files with defect-free ones or - in justified cases - refund all or part of the amount paid.
Complaints resulting from incorrect operation of the Customer's device or software (e.g. lack of an up-to-date browser, security blocks, lack of an internet connection) will not be considered.
Complaints may be submitted by both consumers and natural persons conducting business activities, if the concluded contract is not of a professional nature for them.
In such a case, they have the right to protection on the principles provided for consumers, in accordance with Art. 385(5) of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act:
"The right referred to above also applies to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when it follows from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business."
X. Out-of-court complaint and claim handling procedures and rules of access to these procedures
Detailed information on the possibility for a Customer who is a Consumer to use out-of-court complaint and claim handling procedures and the rules of access to these procedures are available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection
There is also a contact point at the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (phone: 22 55 60 333, email: or postal address: Pl. Powstańców Warszawy 1, 00-950 Warszawa), whose task is, among other things, to provide assistance to consumers in matters concerning out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
The consumer has the following examples of possibilities to use out-of-court complaint and claim handling procedures: (1) a request to resolve a dispute to a permanent amicable consumer court; (2) a request for an out-of-court resolution of a dispute to a voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection (more information on the website of the inspector competent for the place of business of STTR; and (3) assistance of a poviat (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (including the Consumer Federation, the Association of Polish Consumers). Advice is provided, among other things, by e-mail at and by calling the consumer helpline number 801 440 220.
At the address, there is a platform for an online system for resolving disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs at the EU level (ODR platform). The ODR platform is an interactive and multilingual website with a one-stop shop for consumers and entrepreneurs seeking an out-of-court settlement of a dispute concerning contractual obligations arising from an online sales or service contract (more information on the platform's own website or at the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: ).
XI. Final Provisions
The Regulations are effective from May 1, 2025.
Contracts concluded by the STTR company are concluded in Polish.
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.
